How we hire

You write, we readA short note and something you’ve made. No cover-letter theatre. A reply within a week, yes or no, with a reason.

One conversation45 minutes with the person you’d work with. We talk about real work, theirs and yours.

A paid afternoonHalf a day on a real, bounded problem, paid at your day rate. No take-home tests on your own time.

An offer, in writingPay, leave, start date and who you report to, in plain words. You take as long as you need.
What it’s like
Honest, because you’ll find out anyway.
SmallEleven people. You’ll know everyone and everyone will know what you shipped.
SeniorNo juniors to manage, no layers above. You decide, you ship, you answer for it.
CalmNo standups at 8. No Slack after 18:00 unless something is down, and then only the person on call.
