Core Platform / Early Access

One platform for the whole business

Invoicing, accounting, stock and payroll on one ledger, built for South African trade. A sale moves the stock, updates the books and shows in a report without capturing it twice. Core Invoice is live now, from R 99 a month with no per-seat billing and no VAT.

The difference

The books keep themselves

Most businesses run a separate tool for each job and spend the week reconciling between them. Core is built the other way. Every invoice, payment and credit note posts to a real double-entry ledger the moment you issue it, so when you switch the books on they are already current to this morning. No re-capture, no export-import dance.

One source of truth

Invoicing, accounting, stock and purchasing share one record of your business, connected through a domain-event spine, not nightly sync.

Built for here

ZAR, SARS PAYE and UIF payroll, Paystack, NjiaPay and PayFast pay-links, Bob Go couriers and POPIA are the starting point, not an add-on.

No caps, one price

Unlimited invoices and unlimited users on a flat monthly price. Granular roles and a full audit trail come standard, not as an enterprise tier.

The suite

The financial core is live and dogfooded by Randcore and Omnitronix. The rest joins as it ships.

Core Invoice

Live

Quotes, invoices, credit notes and statements with local pay-links and automatic reminders.

Core Accounting

Live

A real double-entry ledger, chart of accounts, bank reconciliation and financial statements.

Inventory & WMS

Live

Stock, products, lots and expiry, serials, movements and a scanner PWA for the warehouse.

Core Purchasing

Live

Purchase orders, supplier bills and accounts payable, posted to the same ledger.

Core POS

In development

Point of sale on the same stock and books. In development, joining the plans as it ships.

Cora AI

In development

An AI layer that reads your own data and answers plain questions. In development.

Payroll (SARS PAYE and UIF, EFT bank file and payslip email), employee expense claims and a light CRM ship in the same account today. Core Commerce, the online-store layer, is on the roadmap.

The South African wedge

The things the global tools bolt on

Xero, QuickBooks and Zoho are capable, but their South African fit is an edition and a shelf of add-ons. Core is built here, so the local parts are in the box.

  • Local pay rails. Paystack, NjiaPay and PayFast pay-links on every invoice, so customers pay the way they already pay.
  • SARS payroll. PAYE, UIF, SDL and ETI computed on versioned tax tables, with an EFT bank file and payslip email.
  • VAT201-ready. VAT-aware documents today, and a VAT201 return engine built into Core Accounting for when you register.
  • Statement import. Import and reconcile OFX, QFX and bank CSV files. Live bank feeds are on the roadmap.
  • Bob Go shipping. Book couriers and post the freight to the ledger on the same screen.
  • Move in fast. One-click importers from Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, flagged historical so nothing double-counts.

Pricing

Start with invoicing, add the books when you are ready. Prices are per month and exclude nothing: Randcore is not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT on top.

Launch offer

Questions

What is Core Platform?
A South African business suite that runs your invoicing, accounting, stock, purchasing and payroll on one ledger. A sale moves the stock, posts to the books and shows in a report without anyone capturing it twice.
How much does it cost?
Core Invoice is R 99 a month with unlimited invoices and unlimited users. The first 50 businesses pay R 29 a month for their first three months. Add the full books (Core Accounting) for the R 349 Starter plan. There is no VAT on top.
Is my data locked in?
No. Core imports from Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, and you can export your data. It is designed to run in parallel with your current tool, so there is no hard cutover.
Are you VAT-registered?
No. Randcore is not VAT-registered yet, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no VAT line.
What is not there yet?
Core is ZAR only today, does bank statement import rather than live feeds, and its VAT201 return engine is built but still being proven with registered tenants. If you bill in foreign currency or file VAT every cycle, run Core in parallel first.
