One click. No call.

Account › Cancel subscription. One click, one confirmation that says what will happen. No phone call, no “retention specialist”, no survey you have to finish first.

• Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• You can export everything (invoices, contacts, stock, documents) before and for 90 days after.
• Paid yearly and cancelling early? We refund the unused months, pro rata, within five working days. You don’t have to ask.
• Changed your mind? Reactivate within 90 days and everything is where you left it.

Cancel at any point by email. You pay for the work done up to that day at the agreed rate, and you receive everything made so far (designs, code, copy) in a form you can use. The deposit counts towards that. If we’ve done less than the deposit covers, we refund the difference.

Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the month. We hand over the domain, the files and the database, and we stay on the line while your new host sets up. No exit fee, no “migration charge”.

Unopened, within 14 days: full refund. Opened but faulty: we swap it or refund it, our choice of courier, our cost. Opened and working but you changed your mind: we’ll try to help, but the manufacturer’s policy applies.

The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. One click. It works the first time and there is no “are you sure”.

If we made a mistake (billed you twice, kept charging after you cancelled, lost your data) we refund it in full and say sorry properly. You shouldn’t have to argue. If you find yourself arguing, email the founder directly: johan@randcore.co.za.
