Our work

Fewer projects, described properly.

We take on a handful of clients at a time, so this isn’t a wall of thumbnails. Most of what we build sits behind an NDA, so what follows is what we’re allowed to say, and we would rather show you four things honestly than forty vaguely.

Five we can talk about.

E-commerce / Retail2025PrestaShop

PrestaShop build

A leading consumer-electronics online retailer · name withheld

The problem

A high-volume retailer had outgrown an off-the-shelf store. Stock sat across several warehouses, someone chose the courier by hand on every order, and the operations team ran the business out of spreadsheets that drifted out of step with the site.

What we built

We built the storefront on PrestaShop with live multi-warehouse stock, so the site never sells something that is not there. A courier router picks between Pep Paxi and The Courier Guy on rules the business controls, and a purpose-built back-office replaced the spreadsheets.

The client is named on request, under NDA. Verified results are shared the same way rather than posted here as headline numbers.

Banking and financial servicesInternal systems

Internal finance system

A major bank · name withheld

The problem

A finance team inside a major bank was running a core part of its month on spreadsheets and email: figures rekeyed between systems, approvals chased by hand, and no single record of who changed what or when. In a regulated environment the speed is the smaller problem. The missing audit trail is the real one.

What we built

We built the internal system that replaced it, with the workflow, permissions and audit trail the process actually requires. Every figure has a source, every approval has a name and a timestamp, and the reporting comes out of the system rather than out of somebody’s workbook.

Under NDA. The bank is not named, and no screens, figures or internal detail are published here.

Bespoke WooCommerce build for a consumer-electronics retailer

A leading consumer-electronics online retailer · name withheld

The problem

A high-volume consumer-electronics retailer had outgrown an off-the-shelf store. Stock lived across multiple warehouses, courier selection was manual, and the operations team ran the business out of spreadsheets that drifted out of sync with the site.

What we built

We rebuilt the storefront on a bespoke WooCommerce foundation with live multi-warehouse stock, so the site never sells what is not there. A custom courier router picks between Pep Paxi and The Courier Guy on rules the business controls, and a purpose-built back-office replaced the spreadsheets.

The client is named on request, under NDA. Verified results are shared the same way rather than posted as headline numbers.

ERP and sales integration

Omnitronix

The problem

Omnitronix distributes vehicle diagnostics equipment, and like most distributors it ran on systems that did not talk to each other. Orders, stock and sales each sat in their own silo, and the gaps between them were filled by people copying numbers from one screen to another.

What we built

We built the integration layer tying the legacy ERP to the sales and inventory tools the team actually uses. Data moves on its own now, with two-way sync, sensible retry logic, and a clear record of what changed and when. Less manual work, fewer typing errors, and one view of the business that updates as things happen rather than at month-end.

Specific figures are shared under NDA on request.

E-commerce / RetailWooCommerce to PrestaShop

WooCommerce to PrestaShop migration and redesign

A national online retailer that also exports · name withheld

The problem

A national store selling across South Africa and exporting to other countries had reached the end of what its WooCommerce build could carry. The catalogue, the customer history and the search rankings all had to survive the move, which is the part that keeps most owners on a platform that is already failing them.

What we built

We moved the store to PrestaShop and redesigned the storefront in the same programme. Products, variants, customers and order history came across, old URLs were mapped and redirected so the rankings held, and the whole thing ran on staging until it was proven before anyone cut over.

Under NDA. Named on request, on the same terms as the rest of this page.

Why the list is short

Most of it we aren’t allowed to show you.

Internal systems, integrations and back-office tools are the bulk of what we do, and almost none of it can be screenshotted. Where a client has agreed, we name them. Where they haven’t, we describe the work and leave the name out rather than dress it up.

If you want references, ask on the first call. We’ll put you in touch with someone who has actually paid us.

Start with a call, not a brief.

Twenty minutes on what you’re trying to do, an honest answer about whether we’re the right fit, and a fixed price in writing before anyone starts.
