ERP and sales integration

Omnitronix ran orders, stock and sales in separate places. Custom API work joined them, so a sale moves the stock and reaches the books with no retyping.

The problem

Omnitronix distributes vehicle diagnostics equipment. Like most distributors, it ran on systems that did not talk to each other. Orders, stock and sales each sat in their own place, and people filled the gaps by copying numbers from one screen to another.

What we did

We built the layer that joins the legacy ERP to the sales and stock tools the team uses every day. Data moves on its own now, both ways, with retries and a clear record of what changed and when. Less typing. Fewer mistakes. One view of the business that updates as things happen.
