The problem

A high-volume retailer had outgrown an off-the-shelf store. Stock sat in several warehouses. Someone chose the courier by hand on every order. The operations team ran the business out of spreadsheets that drifted away from the site.

What we did

We built the storefront on PrestaShop with live stock across every warehouse, so the site never sells something that is not there. A courier router picks between Pep Paxi and The Courier Guy on rules the business sets. A back office built for the job replaced the spreadsheets.
