The problem

A high-volume consumer-electronics retailer had outgrown an off-the-shelf store. Stock lived in several warehouses. Couriers were chosen by hand. The operations team ran the business out of spreadsheets that drifted away from the site.

What we did

We rebuilt the storefront on WooCommerce, built for the job, with live stock across every warehouse, so the site never sells what is not there. A courier router picks between Pep Paxi and The Courier Guy on rules the business sets. A back office built for the team replaced the spreadsheets.
